Prior to working at the engineering firm Ryan worked for a large construction company doing project lay-out and foreman duties where he received "hands on" experience in the construction field. Along with gaining experience in the industry on these projects, Ryan enjoyed working closely with contractors, architects, residential homeowners as well as large companies. There, Ryan gained experience in wastewater and potable water systems along with AutoCAD, land surveying, large civil engineering projects, construction lay-out, and acquired his proficiency for producing detailed topographical survey maps. Immediately following graduation from college, Ryan began his career at a small civil engineering firm in central Vermont until he starting Marsh Septic & Design, LLC in 2015. He graduated in 2006 from Vermont Technical College with an Associate Degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering and is always eager to gain more knowledge and experience in the design and survey fields. Ryan is a Class B Licensed Designer and a Certified Presby Designer with the State of Vermont. Marsh Septic & Design, LLC is a small firm owned and operated by Ryan Marsh.
